5. User Content & License

  • You retain ownership of the data and content you upload.
  • By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive license to host, use, and process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Submit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with our Service.

7. Payment & Refunds

If you purchase a premium plan, you agree to our pricing and payment terms. All fees are non‑refundable unless required by law. We may offer free trials or promotions at our discretion.
